Insurance
The school has the following Public Liability Insurance Employer and Director Insurance policies.
Child accident insurance is the responsibility of the parents. The rules and regulations for the School as a School Policies are available on the school's website.

St. Jadwiga The Queen Polish Saturday School Forest Gate-Ilford wishes to reserve the right to take and publish photos of students and their works for the use of the school. Photos are taken in groups, individually in class, during celebrations at the school, as well as during participation in competitions by designated persons.
In our school, we operate on the basis of policies and procedures that are updated and adapted to the conditions in which we teach our children and youth. The school's policies and procedures and updates can be found on the school's website. All very important changes are introduced on an ongoing basis and presented to the Parents / Guardians in e-mail communication. They result from procedures such as (Risk Assessment in the Covid-19 era).
St. Jadwiga The Queen Polish Saturday School Forest Gate-Ilford wishes to reserve the right to take and publish photos of students and their works for the use of the school. Photos are taken in groups, individually in class, during celebrations at the school, as well as during participation in competitions by designated persons. Children can also be photographed at school events (e.g. carnival parties, academies and other celebrations), during group performances outside the school grounds, and by other people present. The photos are posted on the school's website, on the school's Facebook website, in the school chronicle and in school promotional materials.
Parking
Ursuline Academy has a limited number of parking spaces. The parking lot in front of the school is intended only for the Teaching Staff, the Director and members of the Management Board.
The management of the Ursuline school issued an absolute ban on parking and blocking the driveways belonging to residents of Morland Road for a long time. In connection with this ordinance, we ask everyone not to park on the left side of Morland Road, alongside the residential buildings. We want to emphasize that we care about maintaining good relations with the Ursuline school, as well as the local residents.
We also remind you that the car park at the kindergarten on Coventry Road is only available for the Tamil school and not for our Parents / Guardians.
Correspondence with parents / guardians
Correspondence and all registration and promotional materials are sent electronically.
Once or twice a week, information on current affairs as well as interesting facts about the school's life are sent. It is the duty of the Parents / Guardians to read the content of the letters prepared by the Management Board and the School Director.

School meetings
Parents / Guardians are obliged to participate in the General Assembly when it is called and in other meetings organized by the Board and the School Management, e.g. in meetings held during or after school activities.
